Emissary ledger rewards missing?

Grinded yesterday to get reapers to the final level of emissary rewards and today it reset, I've done all the others, I have no new figureheads or the athena sword or cutlass.

The rewards for this month also seem the exact same except for the first tier of everything, are we getting the rewards tomorrow or did my game get goofed?
