Dad is a sperm donor and I want to find him

My bio dad is a sperm donor and ik absolutely about him. I’ve always wanted to know my full ethnicity, to see what he looks like and how we are similar and if i have half siblings/ unknown family. Would 23andme or any other ancestry/dna website help me find my siblings/cousins or any other of my family? If anyone is in the same situation or has answers pls reply and help me out. (I live in Canada btw)
