Literally called it months ago about the candidates for TV.

French guy Nich already had too much as a character and making him the TV wouldn't make sense.

Liu had an inner monologue about Ohma's redirection, also very emotional, TV doesn't give two shits.

Terashi is just too submissive and inexperienced judging from him constantly getting surprised in the earlier chapters but I'm not implying in anyway that he's weak.

Lolong wouldn't make sense, he is a veteran in purg and if he ever used Niko style in one of his fights, The Heavenly Wolves would have a chance of finding out. And he is depicted to be as strong as the S tiers in Kengan, and if he is still hiding his Niko style then he's broken the power scaling.

Now Fei on the other hand, wanted to fight Misasa, "I could go instead" to Monke, also has a tie against Liu. Which really needs a little explanation. Him sweating and saying he's not into deathmatches but not giving a damn about Naidan saying "he knows the risks in a fight", saying Lolong is scary but was also provoking him later on.

Omega has been very vague so far, we could only use headcanon. But instead of giving arguments as to why Lolong or Fei the TV, let's reverse it and use why Lolong or Fei isn't the TV.

Lolong like I said earlier is a veteran in Purg, him using Niko style to get on top of A listers would have been found out, and him fighting till A listers while hiding his Niko style would have broken the power scaling. Name also doesn't sound Chinese, Edward is a western name but he's still a Wu. Lolong and Donaire is from the Philippines. Doesn't wear Chinese outfit, silhouettes don't matter but their demeanor and outfit does I think. At the last page of Kengan Ashura with Xia and Edward, the hooded guy was clearly seen wearing Chinese ???slippers??? and pants. Plus, he's already shown to be a boss in Purg, him being the hooded guy is also too much just like how I envisioned Nicholas not being the TV. He also cares about Jurota, and Jurota winning. Constantly giving his own thoughts as to why his teammates are fucking up (Toa who was being passive), praises Medel, also lectured(kinda) Falcon. Him not giving a shit about Alan would be because he's aware of the worm and Wu or just the worm judging from what he said to Yamashita, and with Naidan, he chose his own path so Lolong didn't bother and intervene, Nich and Akoya on the other hand, is just a messy fight between 2 mentally fucked up people. In short, his character is already decided, strong, smart, experienced, fight oriented, bossy, reliable.

Now, Fei wanted to fight Misasa, don't know why. Bipolar, occasionally contradicts himself. Lost to Liu once. Not the strongest out of the
3 DF. Got surprised by a double kick from Liu.

Now, we could go on and on about the reasons, but it should be clear that Lolong's character is decided whereas Fei is just way too vague.

I mean, do you really see Long Min fighting/sparring a guy named Lolong Donaire? Wearing rubber shoes and wife beater shirt?

The fact that he(Fei) is Chinese alone should be a clear indicator that he's the hooded guy. No racism.
