Does anyone know how to work the AC???

The quiet room is down to 68F and it’s supposed to be at least 74F. We’ve had budgies with avian gastric yeast die, and when I looked for more information on it I found that the birds can die from being too cold. There’s also tons of guinea pigs in there with ringworm, which I guess makes more sense to keep it cooler and slow the bacteria or whatever it does.

Regardless, no one is doing anything or knows how to fix it. Do y’all know anything about the system? I pressed every single button and so did both of my managers😫
