Vivid realistic dreams in Luteal? Anyone else?

For the past week I have been having extremely realistic dreams. One where I found a job that suits me and PMDD would have least interference with it (out of job now, used to be customer service, cant work it anymore), woke up still feeling like i had it, it was frustrating to realize i didn't have that opportunity. Second I was traveling with school, happy childhood. This third one... I was in my luteal rage with my family, been crying and yelling in a dream... woke up nauseous and in a horrible mood. Trying to shake it off. Does anybody have this experience or is it just me and stress? Still shaking, but at least rage was just in a dream and I didn't yell at my real life family.
