micro stutters whilst gaming 3080ti

this past week i upgraded my gpu from a 1660 to a 3080ti FE, everytime i try to play (black ops cold war/ or warzone) i get micro-stutters around every 20 seconds almost every match aswell as sometimes i see a decent frame drop until i reset my game (around 30-40 frames less). When i switched the cards i didn't uninstall the old drivers but i read that that shouldn't be an issue providing im using the upto date drivers. < cpu being used is a ryzen 7 3800x
