Is my 2018 Civic covered under TSB 19-091 if I bought it this year “as is”?

My air conditioning blows completely hot on my driver’s side and just doesn’t work at all. I found this is a popular issue in Civics from 2016-2018 to the point where they issued a TSB for it. I just bought it used this year so I’m trying to figure out if my car will be covered if I bring it to a Honda dealer to be fixed. Thanks!

EDIT: brought my car to the closest Honda dealership near me (this was not the where I bought my car; I got mine at another Honda dealership). The as-is status under which I bought my car didn’t matter. They tested my car’s AC components and it was indeed a faulty AC condenser. Everything was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for TSB 19-091, so now I have beautiful, cold AC for free!
