GPU voltage dropping to 0 every few seconds

Just built my pc about a month ago. Everything seems to be great, but looking in AMD's and Sapphire's TRIXX software the voltage for the GPU keeps dropping to 0 every few seconds. I haven't upgraded any cables or anything, and I currently have the PC plugged into a crappy power strip. Performance wise the only thing it is doing is my TV is blurry every once in a while if the PC is on, and the TV is turned on. I usually just have to turn the TV off/on to get rid of the blurryness. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
