SIBO test tomorrow

From 2 ENT’s to a Gastroenterologist, everything is coming up negative.

Had a stool test, blood work, abdominal ultrasound and has an endoscopy where they did a biopsy as well. Everything has come up negative except for being diagnosed with Gastritis. (Negative for H Pylori & Celiac Disease) The bloating and stomach/abdominal pain has been much better for one week now.

More testing now: Had more blood work today, having a SIBO test done tomorrow and a Stomach and Abdomen CATscan Friday.

Doctor has me off all medications except for Omeprazole 40mg 2x a day now.

Should the next 3 test come back negative then he wants me to do a Bravo endoscopy.

The main issue is the Acid Reflux with the white mucus that has a nasty taste. Always spitting and then I get tonsil stones. My gastroenterologist told me that he can’t do anything more about the acid reflux now and I should see an ENT. I almost lost it!!!!

So I’m reading a book called “The Acid Watcher Diet” and I noticed he is in NY so I called his office and I have an appointment with him on Tuesday.

Something has to give cause this has not been an easy journey for me.
