OP 7 Pro screen turns off after 30 seconds despite setting it to not

Sometimes when my phone goes into battery saver mode the screen will be set to time out after 30 seconds even after the phone is at 100%. I have to go back into the settings and change it every time, and there's no way that I can see to change how long the screen stays on in battery saver mode so I can't bypass that for the time being. Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it? I'm running OOS 11.0.1.1.
