Okay gang please help me- how do you get a good waiting score on Pancakeria?

This is killing me. They just take so long to cook! And even when I make spares to cut the waiting time, build takes an age, then people keep coming in so I have to take their orders-

My time is like at 85% and it kills me because all I want is that perfect score! HELP
