Looking for RTX 3080 Build Help/ Advice!

Looking to build a pc before I go off to college. My goal is to have something that looks nice, so you will noticed I paid a bit more for certain parts, as well as a solid gaming pc. I attached the parts list I created, if anyone has any input, as well as things to change, would be appreciated. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/79XZYg
