Anyone else getting an error when they try to transfer their purchase?

I decided to transfer my purchase over to my steam account. But when I click on the link to transfer the purchase I land on a page that says, "Error 1020 Ray ID: 667b709b09972c3c • 2021-07-01 00:15:25 UTC Access denied" Does anyone else get this?
