Recommendation for a grant writer?

Hey all! Long-time lurker, first-time poster; hopefully someone can help.

I'm looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for a grant writer in the Madison area, bonus points for pro bono or reduced rate for a good cause.

I have a good friend that runs a non-emergency medical transport company for elderly, poor, disabled, or veteran individuals that fall through the cracks of the existing medical transport system. He's been running the business for awhile, but he needs help getting a federal grant for a new transport vehicle. He's an African immigrant, so his writing isn't up to snuff for grant writing purposes, but he graduated from UW with me back in 2016 so he can communicate information effectively.

Please let me know if anyone has any leads!
