Anybody live with someone who won't use the bidet?

I just moved into a new place and immediately ordered and installed a bidet. My roommate is seemingly oblivious to it (he knows it's there). He continues to use toilet paper and baby wipes. I'm dumbfounded. Anyone else experience this?
