Customer Discovery for Online Brainstorming Tool
I'm developing an online brainstorming platform that will harness the wisdom of crowds to make decisions and solve problems, and potentially do so at significant scale without the typical bias attributable to human intervention.
I anticipate such a tool would be very useful to a great number of commercial enterprises. As a consequence of that broad applicability, I'm having a difficult time identifying the companies and institutions that would have the greatest and most immediate need for such a tool. They're ultimately the companies that I would like to tailer the initial offering to; those with the deepest pain points who would pay for such a tool if it already existed.
What sort of companies would have the greatest need for virtual brainstorming sessions? In particular, sessions that are scalable and conducted in a completely automated way with absolutely no human moderation or intervention?
