Question for any local sausage makers.

I'm looking to find some fermento (starter culture) or powdered buttermilk for some snack sticks I want to make this weekend. Does anybody know of any nearby shops that may carry it? I'd rather go pick some up than get it off Amazon or whatever. Thanks!
