Can I chapter out after having a child?

Had my child a little over 3 months ago and have been at work for a bit. Dual military couple, I’m lower ranking but my job is demanding and I’m there from 0530-1730 daily which means my child is in daycare 12 hours plus as well cause my spouse has similar schedule. What are my options? Do I have any?
