My graphics card might have issues, this is not the conclusion I want but its the one I might get.

If anyone could help me that would be great, my computer flickers when I play games, it's normal otherwise. I know the monitor is not the issue because any monitor plugged into my PC starts flickering, I also know that all my cables are normal and function properly, my display drivers are updated and I have a good processor to support my graphics card (my graphics card is evga gtx 1060 6gb). My graphics card is also properly attached to my motherboard and no solution on the internet helped. When it flickers it has different colored vertical lines all over the screen, they also flash. The second issue it when the screen starts flickering and distorting the image from one side of the screen. Like I said earlier if anyone could help, that would be great.
