Specific question: Those with Triarc Track 2.0 (mid length) barrels and VLTOR A5 buffer systems, insight appreciated!

So I found that my VLTOR did not cycle reliably with an H3 buffer and Super 42 spring. I switched to an H2 buffer and a normal Carbone spring and it ran flawlessly.

I am switching to a lower with a VLTOR A5, and am using an A5H1 buffer. Has anyone else used this combo successfully? Any notes?
