Conspiracy Theory: Ogre Kingdoms is New"Reinforcements" FLC as well as Preorder Race

This is based on literally next to nothing and probably won't end up happening, but as the title says here's my crazy take on the FLC:

This new content patch will include a new Ogre Kingdoms FLC mechanic that will add mercenary vendors to campaign maps (showing up similarly to Gotrek&Felix perhaps) that will allow every faction to purchase Ogre and Gnoblar mercenary units for gold and maybe even resources.

This could add some much needed unit variety to certain campaigns but would remain totally optional to allow for purist non-ogre runs as well. The man-eaters could even have unique skins depending on the map-area or specific faction involved in recruiting them (a bit of a super-stretch there but would be neat).

Here's Part 2: the pre-order bonus for TWW3 will be a standalone playable Ogre Kingdoms faction that would let us use a mostly pre-existing Ogre and Gnoblar base roster to start campaigns with with new LLs, heroes, and some unique high-tier and flavor units added as well.

This is probably waaaaaay too much to expect while TWW3 and the BM rework have probably sucked up so much development time and resources, but LegendOfTotalWar did refer to the new FLC as "massive" (which Ogres are) and seemed more excited than usual in that recent stream, and a CA member also stated that development for game 3 was taking longer because it was going to be a "meatier" end result (possibly another Ogre reference). I probably won't even take credit on the off-chance this ends up being true, but I wouldn't even care bc I'd be too dang pleased!
