Cannot validate email/create password

This is ridiculous how obnoxious it is to set up an account for this game.

When i go to make the password/validate email I hit accept and it just resets the fields and doesnt do shit.

I have tried resending the validation email but everytime theres "oops! an error"

I have no idea what to do making an account should not be this hard, does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried it on 3 browsers.
