Feeling exhausted

My dog is working hard and improving. She still has incidents (mostly with skateboards) and she still does not do well meeting new dogs, but she’s also not had any bad “incidents” in some time. We train every day in different locations. She can stay on place for hours, and is getting more confident jumping onto odd surfaces.

And yes, I am so proud! But I am so damn tired. I know it takes routine and hard work every day, and I know she may never be cool with stranger dogs, and I do not resent that at all (I love my girl), I just wish I could be a lazy dog owner every once in a while.

But hey, at least my girl has a happy, safe life! And she really does make my life better. Anyone else feel that way sometimes?
