Weird question but what’s up with all the civil war stuff ?

Like we have the whole black powder line of weapons two locations and a whole line of outfits revolving around the civil war but there’s no content that revolves around them it just feels like they’re just there as a fun little addition to the game

I kinda wish there was more to the civil war content like a quest or maybe even a little faction of crazy’s who think they’re still in union and they have made themselves a home in Pricketts fort or something
