My order didn’t go through

So I have a new job…… for a couple hours I’m in a room by myself reading some stuff I gotta read. I take that opportunity to order Wendy’s. I will say now that when I put in the order, the reception was a bit spotty and I got the pop up that says “something went wrong”. But I saw that I dasher took my order. I just assumed that that little issue was only for a second. My reception kept going from one bar to 2 bars. But it turns out that the poor dasher went to the Wendy’s and was told that they didn’t have the order! After I called the dasher and she told me what happened, I called Wendy’s and they told me that just then they got the order. About 40 mins after I received the order. And then my order got cancelled. Thankfully my new supervisor was cool with me leaving briefly to go get food myself.

Regardless if my reception was bad, why the hell would an order reach a dasher but not the restaurant?
