Where in the US are good EoE doctors?

I have been debilitated by mostly throat pain but also heartburn-like pain and stomach pain. Last night I had a flare and had difficulty swallowing.

I have an endoscopy and gastric emptying study that were both negative. The GI doctor that I have currently wants to do another endoscopy and also PH study. I also have elhers danlos syndrom and POTS, so I suspected the stomach could be from a possible MCAS but it seems more likely it's from EOE or something (but i really don't know).

Where are the good EOE doctors? I am considering moving to a lower cost of living area because I work remotely. I currently live near NYC but the rent is expensive. I need to have access to doctors where I move cause I'm sick.
