HOA after me after reports from woman in building

Souther California Location. I have recently been reported to the HOA and was issued a warning for:

1. Having a bic lighter on my private porch (smoking is allowed) there was also an empty gas can because I keep one in case I ever need one. The report was that seeing them both made them feel "unsafe". Maybe not important but this is not visible unless you're trying to look into my property.
2. Having black out curtains. I don't know much more from the report except that a neighbor reported me for this, a neighbor that lives above me. I do live in an area with heavy foot and car traffic and on the bottom floor, so I do like to keep my curtains shut because I don't like people looking in at me when I am in my own home. They're not "black" curtains but yes you can barely see through them from the outside. I also live by a beach and many people are happy to let their dogs and kids run on my lawn on the way to the beach. I have my own dog so the curtains help him from seeing this and barking/getting stressed out.
3. Having cops outside my house. Man was caught lurking on my ring cam in my front yard and trying to enter my side gate. Called the cops. They came. I was reported for this.

I feel like I am getting targeted because I am the only Mexican and young person in this section of the condo complex, everyone else is white and over 60. Any advice?
