I'm a minor but I want to make writing commissions

I really want to help out with bills because we're having a hard time (COVID and all) and also have savings for myself, so I want to be able to make commissions. The things is, I'm only 16, and my parents don't have credit or debit cards or online and international financial accounts like Paypal that I can use. I do have a Paymaya account though (I live in the Philippines). So, I wanna know if there's a free website I can use or a money app that allows 16 year-olds to use and withdraw money from.

I thought about just using Twitter and ao3 as platforms for my works, get commissions through DMs, and get payments from Paypal accounts to my Paymaya wallet. Will that be okay? If I push through with this plan, what should I look out for? Are there discord servers I can join for this?

I'm really new to this, but I like writing and I want to at least try to make money with it.
