More oppressive: Quad Phantoms or the Spamtex?

Obligatory doing this from mobile so don't be too rough on format.

Having been only playing in the 2.0 era, I only recall 2 real oppressive metas that tore up the competitive scene.

Quad Juke Phantoms and the more recent Spamtex (6 Nantex and sprinkled in talents)

So I am wondering: which is tougher?

Is there a way that a few games could be played between these 2 squads? I know 'officially' the can't happen since points adjustments have happened.
