Has anyone gotten through to their support?

I've tried calling a few times during business hours and left detailed messages but I haven't heard back. I keep getting a message saying they're closed even when I call at 3:30 pm. I tried filing a support ticket online but also never made any progress with that. I just want my earbuds fixed. I've been pretty happy with them so far but it's kind of frustrating to get ahold of someone.

Edit: I got ahold of support and am going to mail my earbuds off to get them replaced today!
