Is the HP Envy x360 a good laptop for digital art? (Sorry if this is against the rules, I’m new to this subreddit)

I’ve been wanting to do digital art for a while now and from the research I’ve done and the reviews I’ve read the HP Envy x360 looks like a good laptop for digital art, except it seems to have a problem with being able to draw smooth, straight lines. I don’t know if this is caused by the HP stylus or if it’s a problem with the laptop itself. Can someone tell me if the HP Envy x360 is good for digital art and if the messy lines can be fixed, maybe by purchasing different stylus like a Wacom pen? If the HP Envy x360 isn’t that good then can someone recommend a laptop that is good for digital art, preferably one that isn’t too expensive?
