Screen is black with letter saying "NOT SUPPORT"

I was having a issue with games detecting my computer resolution so i went into nvidia control panel and changed it from 1360x768 (native) to 1360x768. then it went black and said it does not support the resolution. i have tried restarting it but the changes saved and now i cant use my pc cause my screen just says NOT SUPPORT. how do i reverse this? edit: title was rushed sorry for typo but i cant change it now
