Can I get my 4000$ deposit back? I had to rent a house going only on pictures. It was listed as a 2 bedroom but you have to go through one bedroom to reach the Main Bedroom.

The Main Bedroom +bath doesn't have it's own entrance. So the "second bed" was a hall way they made wider when adding a garage. This was not stated in the listing, however it said "one of the bedrooms is a pass through with two doors". So my husband and I would have to go through our teenager's room to get to our room. When I went to do the walk through I expected to not be picky but I was surprised that this could be listed as a bedroom. Do I have any claim to my deposit? Any California Long Beach regulation sites anyone knows of? I kinda feel hoodwinked.
