Alias in CA scripts

Hi all, I have been using unraid for a while and haven't been able to get this working. I have gotten my alias setup, I can open any ssh terminal and put in my alias and it works.

On CA user scripts it just says command ####: not found but the same command copied and pasted works.

I have also tried to add the alias command in the first line to see if it would work in the same script but no luck. I was wondering if anyone has gotten this working.
