Does anybody have experience living in micro-suites downtown (preferably at 620 west pender)?

I'm thinking of taking a micro-suite at 620 West Pender, mostly for the price and location, and was wondering if anyone here happened to have experience living there.

I'm very hesitant on the location being worth the sacrifice of living in what basically equates to a walk-in closet, if anyone could chime in on the tradeoffs and their experiences living in the area I'd be very grateful.
