Hello, I am having screen issues with my 2020 12.9 iPad Pro.

I’m sure someone at some point has asked this. But I am dealing with an issue where my screen sort of blanks out but everything is still running. The screen itself is black but when you hit the on off button it will go darker when turned off. Is this something I will need to send it in for?
