What helps me get through NC

Sometimes I have such an urge to reach out and contact the dumper. But then I remember:

• A couple of days after dumping me, she had the audacity to put her new car on my family’s insurance. She didn’t even ask or mention. Did she think we wouldn’t see the policy update? Who does that?

• 1st week post BU I still had not muted the socials (did since for my sanity) and saw her tweeting passive aggressive things about me. To top it off she tweeted she threw a “housewarming party” after I moved out. Did she want a reaction? Who does that too?

• Her breadcrumb was sent to me while she was on vacation. Why text from the fancy getaway?

Today marks 1 month since our split. It has been getting easier not crying/tearing. Lost 15lbs. Here’s to another month.
