How do i make the black bars on mobile emulators look like how most youtubers do it?

An example of what I'm talking about http://puu.sh/HT00y/df04c34f17.jpg . Most videos I've seen has the blurry images that looks like its basically the game instead of blackbars. I want to know how I can do that for my vids too for mobile games.
