Temperature check in airports

I'm traveling from Florida to Costa Rica on July 1st. I am fully vaccinated but my normal body temperature has always been around 99.5 F. Are TSA or airlines doing temperature checks in order to border flights? All the info I've seen is not clear on the topic.
