Caliburn G short circuit 3 blue lights

i've tried everything, cleaned the contacts with some alcohol, tried with 2 new pods, 1 old burned coil that worked perfect, and nothing. the device still charges and everything works, it just doesn't recognize the coil.

one of the golden contacts in the pod looks a little too pushed down, i don't remember if it used to looked like that, maybe that's the problem? if someone know if the contacts of the pod is broken or how to fix it, thanks!
