Who is your MCU Uncle Ben dream casting?

Disclaimer: this is just a simple question for FUN! There are, at time of posting, NO confirmed leaks or even rumors that an Uncle Ben character could show up in the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home film. This is simply speculation.

In fact, I think it's unlikely we will ever see an Uncle Ben in the MCU. We've had Uncle Bens in the other two Spider-Man renditions and it's been over done. It's implied Peter had an uncle who has passed away, but Tony Stark kind of took over the mentor roll for Tom Holland's character. Even if they did bring back Uncle Ben, it would likely only be in a quick flashback and they wouldn't likely bring in a big name actor for such a short scene.

However, it's still fun to dream big.

I personally think Patrick Dempsey would be a perfect Uncle Ben. He's a good age to be an older mentor character, and a good age match with Marisa Tomei. He's also attractive enough to keep the joke going that aunts and uncles don't have to be super old! Combine that with his calming voice and demeanor, and a slight resemblance to Tom Holland (uncles and nephews are still closely related enough it's okay to look alike), and you've got yourself a great candidate for a possible Uncle Ben.

Who is your dream casting for Uncle Ben? Again please keep in mind this isn't a confirmed thing, it's just fun speculation!
