Shadow Register

While September invites are going out, this is as good a time as any to remind folks of the shadow registers and what value there is to it.

The Shadow Register is a series of online community driven documents that seek to recreate the actual register. This is an incredibly helpful tool for many people because the register has been known to make mistakes. And you might not know that you got accidentally skipped unless you could see where you rank. It's also a very good tool to gage your chances of getting an offer when you get to that stage in the process. We protect PPI (to the best of our ability) and try to make this available to only those who have passed the OAs.

If you have been added to the register, accepted an A-100 offer, or have been on the register for a while but have not submitted your information yet, we could use your help keeping them updated by either:

1. Joining the A-100 groups.io and adding your info there. To join you'll have to email the mods at main+owner@a-100.groups.io and respond to these questions:
   1. Your Full Name : 
   2. Where did you take the oral exam and what day? 
   3. How many people passed with you on that day? 
   4. What career track are you in? 
   5. What was your oral exam score? 
   6. Do you qualify for/have any bonus points i.e. language test, veterans preference.
   7. Where did you hear about this A-100 group?  
   8. Will you be willing to post your oral exam score anonymously in our databases? 
2. Adding your information via the FSO Shadow Register Form(preferred as it's easier for the mods).
3. Directly PM your Shadow Register POC below. (FSS, please use this method)

Edit* A lot of people ask why we put the shadow registers behind the groups.io. Long story short, when the SRs were more accessible they got hacked and the data was lost. So the little firewall we put up helps protect the SRs integrity and reduce the risk of abuse.
