Budget Narset

Attempting to build a sub $50 [[Narset, Enlightened Master]] (currently ~$40). Currently going no creatures in the 99. In an attempt to maximize hits off Narset triggers. Win cons currently are [[approach of the second sun]], convoluted [[jeskai ascendancy]]+equipped [[sorcerer’s wand]]+[[ingenuity]]+[[sol ring]] combo and swinging out the pegasus herd(flock?) from [[storm herd]]. Rest of the deck aims to hit these cards or protect narset. Might be light on removal/counter magic but again trying to maximize the value of a narset trigger. Any recommendations or thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
