What is the highest combat power/power level?

As title states, I'm curious. Pics would be appreciated. Highest I've seen is 4300ish but cannot find a definite answer via google. Someone here mentioned being 4800 but refuses to show pics, so I'm genuinely interested in knowing what's the top gear score currently.
