AITAH for wanting to call the police on my father//

Okay, I am 16 years old. My father owns a gas station liquor store and car lot, he has been a working man all his life. My father also struggles with bipolar but, he doesn’t want to admit it so he says mental health isn’t real and says “depression is just an excuse”. My father rented out a snow cone truck for the summer so I could have a nice fun job…. He schedules me 25 hours over the child labor law and he is paying me 6$ a hour. He is mentally abusive to everyone who works for him and I am tired of it. Am I the asshole for wanting to call the police on my father? :/
