Who is going to step up?

Watching the LIVE simulcast on UFOs right now. John Podesta said that he wants to see civilian sector step forward to research UFOs so we are not blocked by classified briefings from the Government. Who do you think is going to step up? I was thinking for sure Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos. I cannot think of anyone else..... Perhaps even SETI will step up and advance some research, I mean they SHOULD, considering they are the ones that have been supposed to be searching for life all this time....
