Smoke when plug battery in

I am new to FPV and bought a Nazgul v2 6S. I was having issues binding and after taking a break forgot to put the vtx antenna back on before plugging in the battery. When I did there was a pop and smoke at the connection and the connects are black. I have attached pictures. What kind of dammage might I caused to the quad? I am guessing I will have to replace the xt60 connector and get new batteries is there anything else I should do?
