[TOMT][VHS][1990] I'm looking for a cartoon from the 90s of maybe early 2000s

I have been wracking my brain for this obscure cartoon short I used to watch. From what I remember there are two characters that go on a cruise and the ship crashes onto this pirate island. In the island they enter a minecart/roller coaster type thing with gold all over the place. Honestly if could have even been a log flume.

The two characters low key hated each other. One was super serious and trying to grab at the gold, and the other was carefree.

Help!
