Zoom Rooms

Need to turn three rooms at the school into separate Zoom rooms - been looking at the AIO solutions like Avocor / DTEN solutions for two of the rooms - does anyone have any experience with them?

The third room is going to be a larger room so I was thinking about buying the components separately (camera, microphone, speaker, tablet for controller, computer) to ensure for quality - does anyone have any equipment sets/components they trust? Thank you!
