Just got the game and I'm so overwhelmed!

I recently bought Planet Zoo and all the DLC's with Steams summer sale, also bought Planet Coaster. I've been wanting these games since release buy didn't have a PC capable of running them. Now I do and there is just so much content and mechanics that I don't play because it's so overwhelming. Are there any tips on where to start to ease myself in? I feel like Planet Zoo is so much more complicated than Planet Coaster!
